The Letter P

We started Letter P week by gluing some popped popcorn onto our letter P paper. The kids had a lot of fun doing it. 

Another super fun activity that we did was putting unpopped popcorn into our water table. The kids absolutely LOVED this. I did not love it as much. It was a mess. I did keep it in the house for a few days, they got plenty of play, but we found kernels from pillar to post for a few weeks at least. 

For snacks we had pretzel rods, popcorn, pears, and penguin crackers.

And of course on letter P week you need to just paint!

And on the second day we took a field trip to the Planetarium. The kids were able to walk on Mars, and explore planets, space and more.
